Article 1 : LABORATOIRES DERMATOLOGIQUES D'URIAGE, société par actions simplifiée au capital de 8.000.000 €. 00, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Nanterre sous le numéro 333 502 680, dont le siège social est situé 40-52 Boulevard du Parc, Neuilly-sur-Seine (92200) (la " Société Organisatrice "), organise du 6 au 8 décembre 2023 inclus (le " Concours ") un concours ouvert aux professionnels de santé invités au Congrès de l'Académie Européenne de Dermatologie et de Vénéréologie, qui se tiendra à Paris du 6 au 9 décembre 2023, où la Société Organisatrice dispose de son propre stand URIAGE (le " Congrès ").
Article 2 : Le Concours est ouvert du 6 au 8 décembre 2023 inclus.
Article 3 : La participation au Concours est ouverte aux professionnels de santé individuels majeurs invités au Congrès et ayant téléchargé l'application " FOLLOW URIAGE TO JPD CONGRESS " développée par la Société Organisatrice pour le Congrès (" l'Application ").
Article 4 : Pour participer au Concours, les participants doivent télécharger l'Application et créer un compte personnel en saisissant les données suivantes : prénom, nom, email, pays et mot de passe, puis en téléchargeant une photo ou un avatar. Pour les participants au Congrès, la Société Organisatrice mettra en ligne chaque jour un (1) quiz de pathologie accessible sur le stand URIAGE (le " Golden Quiz "). Tout quiz qui n'aura pas été complété à 100% avant d'être retiré de l'Application ne sera pas comptabilisé comme une participation.
Article 5 : La sélection des gagnants se fera de la manière suivante : trois (3) gagnants tirés au sort chaque jour parmi l'ensemble des participants,
Article 6 : Les prix mis en jeu dans le cadre du Concours sont les suivants :
Pour le 1er et 2ème jour : Le 1er prix consiste en une montre connectée (Apple Watch) d'une valeur de 299 € et les 2ème et 3ème prix consistent en un sac de produits Uriage d'une valeur d'environ 210 €.
Pour le 3ème jour : Le 1er, 2ème et 3ème prix consistent en un sac de produits Uriage d'une valeur d'environ 210€.
Article 7 : Les gagnants seront informés via l'Application et/ou sur le stand URIAGE (participants présents physiquement).
Article 8 : Le cadeau sera remis au gagnant, en main propre sur le stand URIAGE pour les personnes présentes. Une pièce d'identité ou tout autre document d'identification équivalent pourra être demandé au gagnant pour la remise du prix. Si le gagnant ne vient pas chercher son lot, il ne pourra pas le réclamer et le lot ne sera pas remis en jeu.
Article 9 : Le prix, et plus généralement l'organisation du concours, ne peuvent donner lieu à aucune contestation de la part des gagnants et/ou des participants. A ce titre, le gagnant ne pourra jamais bénéficier de la remise de la valeur du lot en numéraire, ni de son remplacement ou échange pour quelque cause que ce soit. La Société Organisatrice, qui ne saurait être tenue à une obligation de résultat, décline toute responsabilité pour tout incident ou accident qui pourrait survenir à l'occasion de la mise en possession du lot.
Article 10 : En participant au Concours, les participants acceptent expressément le traitement de leurs données personnelles fournies sur l'Application par la Société Organisatrice pour les besoins et la durée de l'organisation du Concours et de la remise du Prix. Ils peuvent également accepter expressément l'utilisation de leurs données personnelles pour s'abonner à la Newsletter de Marc Larrègue (opt-in). Toutefois, conformément à la loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 et au Règlement GDPR du 27 avril 2016, tout participant dispose d'un droit de consultation, de modification et de suppression de ses données personnelles, ou d'opposition à leur traitement pour des motifs légitimes, en contactant le délégué à la protection des données personnelles de la Société Organisatrice à l'adresse électronique suivante : dpo@uriage.com. Dans le cas où une plainte ne serait pas résolue directement par ce biais, une plainte peut être directement adressée à la CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
Article 12 : La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de proroger, d'écourter, d'annuler, de reporter ou de modifier les conditions du Concours en cas de force majeure, telle que définie par l'article 1218 du Code civil français, ou d'événements fortuits tels que pandémie, grève, catastrophe naturelle, etc. Il ne peut donc être tenu pour responsable de tels événements.
Article 13 : La participation au concours implique l'acceptation pure et simple du présent règlement. Toutes les difficultés pratiques d'interprétation et/ou d'application seront tranchées à l'entière discrétion de la Société Organisatrice dont les décisions seront sans appel.
Article 14 : Le présent règlement est mis à la disposition des participants sur l'Application.
Article 15 : Le présent règlement est soumis à la loi française.

All the graphic elements, the structure and more generally the content of the application are protected by French copyright and trademark law, patent law and image rights. They are the full property of Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage.

4) Intellectual Property:
All the content of the application (texts, brands, logos, sounds, images or videos) is the exclusive property of Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage and/or its affiliates. Affiliates means any company directly or indirectly attached to Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage.
The entire application is subject to French legislation and/or regulation on copyright and literary and artistic property rights. Access by the user to the information of the application cannot be interpreted as conferring on him a license or a right other than that of consulting the application. All reproduction rights are reserved, including iconographic and photographic representations. The trademarks mentioned on the application are or are not registered by the companies that own them. Therefore, any reproduction and/or representation and/or redistribution, in whole or in part, on any electronic medium or not, present or future, is prohibited without the express prior authorization of the owner. Failure to comply with this prohibition is likely to constitute an act of counterfeiting engaging the civil and criminal liability of any offender.
Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage warns that it will enforce its intellectual property rights by all legal means at its disposal.

Personal data is collected directly from users of the application when:
- Their registration to participate in the games of the application
5.2 Purposes:
The processing of personal data implemented by Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage through the application has the following purposes: the participation and organization of the games of the application and, only if the user has expressly agreed for (opt-in), the inscription of the Marc Larregue
- The management and processing of opposition/deletion requests as provided for in article 5.7 of these legal notices.
5.3 Accuracy and updating of data:
It is the responsibility of users providing their information to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.
By agreeing to access the application, the user declares and guarantees to have read these legal notices and agrees to respect them.
5.4 Forwarding:
The personal data collected by Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage may be transmitted both internally and externally in order to ensure the operation of the application as well as to technical service providers providing services contributing to the achievement of the purposes.

They cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions affecting the content of the site.
Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage declines all responsibility concerning access to and the content of the application.
Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage reserves the right to suspend and/or stop the distribution of the application, unilaterally, without notice, and without its liability being sought in any way and for any reason whatsoever.
In general, Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage declines all liability in the event of direct or indirect damage, whatever the causes, origins, nature or consequences, caused by reason of access to the application or use of information from the application and the user assumes full responsibility and risk that may result.
7) Changes:
Laboratories Dermatologiques d’Uriage reserves the right to modify and update the Legal Notices without notice. The use of the application is subject to the Legal Notices in force at the time of use.
